A Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipe is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping solution featuring a dual-layer structure: an externally corrugated (wave-ribbed) wall for exceptional crush resistance and load-bearing strength, and a glass-smooth inner wall that maximizes fluid or cable flow

DWC HDPE Pipes:  Expected Service life: 75 to 100 years.  Environmentally safe: No leaks, no cracks and no damage to environment and soil. 

Socio-environmental friendliness: Pipe laying does not disturb urban clusters. 

 Cost effective: Uses minimal material for equal strength. Maintenance is low because of non adherence of sewage elements on the chemically inert pipe surfaces, no chance of corrosion and zero to low damages. 

 Ease of Installation: No heavy loading and carrying machinery is required. They are user friendly, very fast and inexpensive in installation. Use less manpower and can be installed in very constrained locations. They comes with simple push fit joints with Elastomeric sealing Ring for online system or with extra couplers. Joining time is 2-5 minutes per joint. 

Chemical Resistance: Chemically inert to waste water ingredients and crown corrosion is nonexistent.  400mm dia DWC pipe weight only 8.4 Kg/m which is very less in comparison to RCC pipe & HDPE solid wall pipe.
